These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Broshoes Atelier storefront, including browsing, account use, checkout, order placement, payment collection, delivery coordination, and after-sales communication.
By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the storefront or complete a purchase.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law to place an order through this site.
By using the site or submitting an order, you confirm that:

All prices shown on the storefront are listed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless clearly stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, description errors, or listing mistakes at any time, including after an item has been displayed. If a confirmed order is materially affected by such an error, we may contact you to provide options before proceeding.
Submitting an order request does not automatically mean the order is accepted for fulfilment.
An order is considered accepted only when all of the following are true:
We may decline, cancel, or hold an order where necessary for operational, legal, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention, or stock-related reasons.
We currently support online payments through Razorpay and may also support Cash on Delivery ("COD") in selected cases.
For prepaid orders, the full amount payable at checkout is collected online through the payment gateway.
For COD-enabled orders, we may collect a smaller booking amount or advance online before the parcel is shipped. The remaining balance is then due at delivery.
Where COD is offered, the storefront may show:
If a COD advance is collected, that advance is treated as part of the final order total and is adjusted against the remaining amount due at delivery.
Payments are processed through third-party payment infrastructure. A payment is not treated as final merely because a customer sees a success indicator on the gateway screen.
We rely on verification events such as:
If a payment appears delayed because of a slow network, browser interruption, or temporary sync issue, we may still recover and verify it using server-side records, payment references, and webhook events.
In some situations, a payment session may be interrupted even though a customer attempted to complete checkout. Examples include:
In such cases, order creation may wait for verification. Customers should not place duplicate orders until payment status is checked. Our support or admin team may rely on payment references, linked payment attempts, and order logs to verify the correct outcome.
We primarily fulfil orders within India.
Delivery availability may depend on:
Estimated delivery windows are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, transport bottlenecks, address verification needs, regional restrictions, or courier-side issues beyond our direct control.
You are responsible for submitting correct and complete details, including:
If an address is incomplete, undeliverable, rejected by the courier network, or entered incorrectly, fulfilment may be delayed, returned, or cancelled.
Where COD is permitted, the following additional conditions may apply:
If a COD order is cancelled after shipment, refused at delivery, returned, or written off operationally, the handling of the already-collected COD advance will depend on the order record, settlement status, and review outcome.
Customers may request cancellation before dispatch, but cancellation is not guaranteed once operational processing, packaging, or courier handoff has started.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where:
Where an eligible paid amount has been collected for a cancelled order, the refund or adjustment path will depend on payment type, fulfilment stage, and internal review.
Return or exchange handling is subject to our operational review and the product condition on receipt.
As a general rule:
Where a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially not as described, customers should contact us promptly with clear order and condition evidence.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account, subject to applicable law.
We may suspend or restrict access where misuse, abuse, automation, fraud risk, or harmful activity is detected.
All site content, branding, photographs, copy, graphics, layout treatment, and storefront presentation belong to Broshoes Atelier or are used with permission.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, scrape, or commercially reuse site content without written permission.
The storefront may rely on third-party infrastructure for hosting, analytics, authentication, payment handling, media delivery, and other operational services.
We are not responsible for downtime, errors, content, or independent policies belonging to those external providers, except to the extent required by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Broshoes Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special damages arising from:
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable consumer law.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect operational, legal, technical, or policy changes.
Any updated version posted on this page will apply from the published revision date, unless a different effective date is stated.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in relation to the store, its transactions, or these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
